About the Product 

Echinacea Immune Support utilizes the herbs’s natural properties that stimulate the immune system and release of antibodies to augment immune response. Echinacea has been shown to be effective in treating symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections related to common colds and the flu in human trial studies.

The biologically active components of Echinacea include alkamides and polyacetyles, caffeic acid derivatives, polysaccharides, and glycoproteins (cichoric acid, the main phenolic compound in Echinacea). These compounds have been shown to produce immunostimulatory, antihyaluronidase, antiviral, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects in sick and healthy human adults. 

Echinacea’s antioxidative activity is also known to protect collagen in the cells from breakdown, as well as having anti-inflammatory effects due to its polyunsaturated alkamides which inhibit both microsomal cyclooxygenase and 5-lipoxygenase activity.

Recommended use: Relieve symptoms of colds and upper respiratory tract infections. Immune support.

Directions: Adults: take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach or as directed by a physician. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking other medications.

Duration: For optimal results, take daily for a minimum of 1 week or as directed by a physician.
