Product Info

Ultra-Iron Probiotics Synbiotics is a high quality supplement designed to prevent iron deficiency, anemia, and the associated fatigue and tiredness. As well as to increase iron levels in menstrual women, pregnant women, and anyone who leads an active lifestyle.

Seven selected coated  probiotics are included in the supplement, as well as vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E and Folate, which aid in iron absorption.

Vitamin B12 is required for the formation of red blood cells, which are responsible for providing oxygen to the body systems. Vitamin C helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, and in connective tissue formation. Vitamin E is a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.

Folate helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Folate also helps to support normal early fetal development (brain and spinal cord).

FAQs

Ask question

Why is iron important to your health?

  • Iron is a mineral and is required for immune cell proliferation and maturation, particularly lymphocytes, which are associated with the generation of a specific response to infection.
  • Iron helps to oxygenate the blood, convert blood sugar to energy, boost the immune system, aid cognitive function, and support healthy skin, hair, and nails.
  • Incorporating probiotics into one's diet can help prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia. Anemia is most commonly caused by a low iron level in the body. Your body requires a certain amount of iron to produce hemoglobin, the substance that transports oxygen throughout your body.
  • While all women should closely monitor their iron levels, those who have excessive menstrual bleeding are at a greater risk of developing iron deficiency than women who have average menstrual blood loss.
  • The immune system of a woman weakens during ovulation, increasing her susceptibility to infections caused by yeast, bacteria, and viruses.
  • Immune deterioration is a risk associated with iron deficiency caused by excessive blood loss.
  • As a result, women who suffer from menorrhagia should take extra care to consume iron-rich foods and consider supplementing with iron throughout their cycles, particularly just before and during ovulation.
  • Drinking or eating meals rich in vitamin C improves iron absorption. Vitamin C is abundant in citrus fruits, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and strawberries. Consuming vitamin C-rich meals while eating iron-rich foods or taking iron supplements will increase absorption and digestion. Probiotics may help with iron absorption.
  • Iron supplements can be beneficial for vegetarian or vegan diets that are low in iron. Individuals with low iron levels may have low energy, fatigue, low body temperatures and an increased risk of infection and sickness.
  • Iron deficiency is more prevalent in elite and sub-elite athletes due to the iron they lose through sweat, dehydration, and red blood cell destruction. Athletes with a weakened immune system may have a slower recovery time and a higher risk of illness or illness-like symptoms such as upper respiratory symptoms (URS) and infections.
  • Fortunately, there are simple ways for endurance athletes to boost their iron levels, typically through supplementation, which should be discussed with a physician.
Vegans and vegetarians who have been diagnosed with or are predisposed to iron deficiency should eat a range of fruits and vegetables as well as consider supplementing to safeguard their iron levels and hence their immunity.
